Snow subsides but winds, cold temps stick around

Overnight snow should gradually diminish by late morning, with skies becoming partly cloudy this afternoon.
Highs in the upper 20s.
One thing we need to keep an eye on is the wind, which could blow at around 10-15 mph. There are many trees and power lines hit by last weekend’s ice storm that still have ice on them, and any strong wind can potentially bring down more limbs and lines…something to monitor today.
Mostly cloudy tonight with some snow showers possible. Lows in the upper teens to near 20.
Then we start a warming trend, with highs Friday in the low 30s (we can finally start melting some of that ice), and near 40 on Saturday! In fact, some of you to the south with little or no snowpack could be into the 40s on Saturday!
We drop back into the 30s on Sunday, before another Arctic Blast hits us starting on Monday…lasting through mid-week, with highs in the teens and lows at night near zero in some spots.
