Saturday night will be warm and humid with scattered light showers. Temps will be in the upper and middle 60s. Some mist and fog will reduce visibility for some drivers.
Sunday will have more of the same with showers and storms getting their start earlier; in the late morning and early afternoon. Highs will be in the low 80s, again.
Detroit's summertime pattern continues Monday through Wednesday with warm and humid days with highs in the mid 80s and scattered showers and thunderstorms. Rain will not spoil every day. So, at least, some outdoor plans or chores can be accomplished.
Warm Saturday afternoon with showers and storms forming south of the Detroit River and migrating north between 3pm and 9pm. Mariners must remember to have life jackets for everyone on their vessels, to have working radios and communications equipment with back up batteries and power supplies, and to properly communicate their boating plans with as many people onshore as possible.
