Forecast: Dry with temps rising in metro Detroit

DETROIT – We couldn't buy any sunshine in much of SE Michigan today.

But we'll make up for it in the rest of the forecast. Clouds will still linger tonight. And those cool daytime highs will translate into cool overnight lows, too. We'll wake up to dry conditions, with temperatures in the mid-to-upper 50s.

Thursday forecast:

Sunshine comes back for Thursday. And temperatures rebound into the mid-70s. But humidity stays low. So comfortable conditions continue.

Weekend forecast:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday look very similar: plenty of sunshine, low humidity, and high temperatures inching up slowly to the mid-80s by Monday.

And the forecast is completely dry until Tuesday of next week! Enjoy the 4th!
