Partly sunny, cool breezes for most of Thursday

We'll flirt with 70 degrees again Friday afternoon

DETROIT – It's another crisp start, but not quite as cool as yesterday morning.

Northeast winds today will bring slightly cooler conditions all day, especially on the east side. We start with a few clouds and cool conditions mainly in the 40s early this morning, followed by low to mid 60s under partly sunny skies later this afternoon.

Cooler breezes NE 5-10 may bring a few sprinkles in the Thumb Region but not much rain is expected today.

We'll flirt with 70 degrees again Friday afternoon with increasing sunshine and warmer winds.

Mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies with a gentle breeze SE 5-10 mph tomorrow.

It will be a slightly cool, but very pleasant night for Friday Night High School Football.

We will be watching radar on Saturday as a few showers will be moving into the state. But, most of the wet weather will stay  west and north of Metro Detroit most of the day.

So, we're keeping the daytime hours dry Saturday for local College Football Games, with a chance for rain Saturday night. Showers will linger into Sunday morning and we could see a few light showers on and off into the afternoon.

For now, Saturday looks like the better of the two weekend days as highs will get into the mid and upper 70s and winds will pick up SW 10-20 mph.

Lighter winds with light rain Sunday. Get your complete 7 Day forecast on clickondetroit.com and on the Weather links:
