Snow may affect holiday travel in Michigan by end of week

While rain covered most of the state of Michigan Tuesday evening, temperatures will be dropping by the end of the week and snow is in the forecast for Friday, just in time for holiday travelers.

Thursday night rain and snow will eventually turn to all snow and become windy as well. Friday morning rush hour could be a slow one. Drivers should plan ahead before hitting the roads.

Snow will continue to fall throughout the day on Friday.
