Sunday should start dry, but more light snow is on its way to Metro Detroit.

The next in our series of weak storm systems will bring more light snow into the area by midday, and continuing through Sunday afternoon.  You’ll likely have some snow to drive in on your way to a Super Bowl party, although accumulations should be only up to an inch.  The snow should end by kickoff.

Highs will be in the low 20s Sunday.  Another system brings another inch or two of snow to areas south of M-59 Monday, and another system on Tuesday brings more light snow.  After a break on Wednesday, more light snow moves into the area on Thursday.  Then things quiet down (and temps get closer to normal) for the start of next weekend’s Motown Winter Blast…come downtown for all of the fun!
