Twins named first college co-valedictorians

Identical twins sisters likely share many things in life. Now, Kirstie and Kristie Bronner also share the unique honor of being named co-valedictorians for the Spelman College Class of 2013.

With a 4.0 GPA, the Bronners are the first twins to receive the designation in the history of Spelman, a liberal arts college in Atlanta, Ga. that specializes in the education of women of African descent.

The twins attribute their success to a "pay now and play later" philosophy, which includes a disciplined study routine, time management and their faith.

Kirstie and Kristie are third-generation Spelman graduates, both music majors and both plan to join the youth ministry at Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral in Atlanta, pastored by their father Bishop Dale Bronner.
