'Sleepy' SMART driver in court Monday

WEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich. – The SMART bus driver who fell asleep at the wheel and smashed into several cars will be back in court this morning.

Cameras on the bus captured the crash in West Bloomfield.

Six cars were damaged and two people were taken to the hospital.    

The driver, 65-year-old Leon Rasheed faces 'moving violation' charges. 

Despite confessing on camera that he fell asleep, Rasheed has pleaded not guilty.
