ROYAL OAK TOWNSHIP, Mich. -

A Royal Oak Township man is facing a charge of assault with intent to murder for allegedly throwing his girlfriend out a third-story window.

Bobby McKenzie, 52, is accused of assaulting his 47-year-old girlfriend on May 3 at the Royal Inn Motel on Eight Mile Road. He also allegedly beat her once she was on the ground.
