Video shows man lead police on high-speed chase after allegedly exposing himself at coffee shop

ROYAL OAK, Mich. – Royal Oak police were called to a Starbucks on Monday for a report of a man who was exposing himself inside the coffee shop.

When police arrived, investigators say 41-year-old Dionne Harris ran out of the store and into his car. He put the pedal to the metal and sped away.

Dashcam video from the ensuing chase shows the driver dodging officers' vehicles, running stop signs and zooming through neighborhoods. He was determined to lose police.

When the chase ends, the video shows the driver finally get out of the vehicle and put his hands on his head.

He had a lot to say to officers once he was in the cruiser, asking them if his girlfriend could come get the car and what exactly he was pulled over for.

Harris is charged with one count of fleeing and eluding and one count of indecent exposure. He is being held on a $20,000 bond.
