FRASER, Mich. -

Two men are in police custody after a home invasion in Fraser; the arrest includes the homeowner.

The Fraser Department of Public Safety was called to a home on Saturday. They arrived on scene to find 52-years-old Glen McCormick of Roseville fleeing from a home.

It was hard not to notice McCormick as the homeowner, David Trupiano, was chasing after him. Officers caught up with McCormick and found a large amount of money and pot in his pocket.

He was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. During their investigation police discovered McCormick was friends with the homeowner.

The suspect broke into the house to steal his marijuana, but was caught when Trupiano, age 50, came home and found him.

Detectives interviewed Trupiano and he admitted to selling drugs from the home. A search warrant was issued at Trupiano's home where more marijuana was found.

He was also arrested on charges of maintaining a drug house.
