Crews had to rescue the driver of a Jeep Monday morning when the SUV got pinned underneath a semi-truck trailer in Van Buren Township.

It took crews more than an hour to cut the Jeep's driver out. Crews used a tow truck to lift the trailer off the Jeep before they could pry open the mangled mess.

The victim is a woman in her 30s, who was conscious at the scene, and airlifted to the University of Michigan Hospital.
