Reports: Philip Seymour Hoffman found dead
Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead in his New York apartment Sunday, according to the Wall Street Journal, ABC News and NBC News. He was 46.
The New York City Police Department is investigating, according to ABC News. Police suspect a drug overdose as the cause of death, sources told NBC News.
Hoffman was best known for his role in "Capote," which earned him a best actor Oscar in 2005.
