Find out how an "Agnostic Monk" drink is made at The Oakland in Ferndale.

Agnostic Monk

1.5oz Rye

.75 oz Benedictine

.25 oz Falernum

2 dashes Lactart

Islay Fire

Stir the first 4 ingredients over ice and strain into an empty rocks glass. Spray an atomizer of Islay Scotch over an open flame to fill the glass with love.

The Last Word

.75 oz. each-

Luxardo Maraschino

Green Chartreuse

Fresh Lime Juice

Gin

Combine all ingredients in an iced shaker. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Gin Tiki

1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire

1 oz. coconut milk

.75 oz. pineapple juice

.5 oz. orgeat syrup

.5 oz. cinnamon syrup

1 fresh egg white

Shake in dry cocktail shaker to emulsify. Add crushed ice and shake again. Strain into Collins glass.
