Police from Wayne State University and Waterford Township are asking for the public's help in the search for a missing law student.

Tiane Brown, 33, is a third-year law student who was last seen about 8:15 p.m. Monday at the Wayne State Law School. She was reported missing by her parents after she failed to pick up her three children at their home in West Bloomfield. Brown lives in Waterford Township.

Wayne State police have searched campus, her driving routes, hospitals, police crime and accident databases and have shared her information with other law enforcement agencies.

Police have no evidence indicating that she has been in an accident or is a victim of foul play, however she cannot be located.

Brown is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 145 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown shoulder-length hair. Her vehicle is described as a 2008 deep purple Chevrolet Trailblazer with vanity license plate "TIANE."

Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact the Wayne State University Police Department at 313-577-2224 or the Waterford Township Police Department at 248-618-7550.
