Bomb squad to investigate suspicious package

This suspicious white basket was discovered in Detroit at Lappin Avenue and Dresden Street. Police say it appears to contain a grenade but they don't know if it is live.

DETROIT – Detroit police say that a white basket that contains what appears to be a grenade was found near an alley in Detroit on Tuesday morning.

At 11:15 a.m., the Detroit Police Department learned of a possible explosive at Lappin Avenue and Dresden Street.
