ROCHESTER, Mich. – Oakland University is reporting 13 cases of a "Norovirus-like" illness on campus over the past two days.
The main symptoms are vomiting and diarrhea that can last for up to 24 hours, according to a campus release from the university.
"Oakland University has been in contact with the Oakland County Health Department that says there have been cases throughout Southeast Michigan in recent weeks," the release reads.
