NeighborhoodScout.com added three areas in Detroit to the Top 25 Most Dangerous Neighborhoods in America list.

Six Michigan neighborhoods have made a list of the 'Top 25 Most Dangerous' in America.

NeighborhoodScout said they used FBI Data from all 17,000 local law enforcement agencies in America and came up with the list of the neighborhoods that have the highest predicted rates of violent crime per 1,000 residents.

Violent crimes include murder, forcible rape, armed robbery, and aggravated assault.

One neighborhood in Flint, one neighborhood in Saginaw and four in Detroit are listed.

Three of Detroit's neighborhoods were ranked in the top three spots.
