Man arrested for deadly stabbing in Superior Township

SUPERIOR TOWNSHIP, Mich. -

The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man who was wanted for fatally stabbing a woman Friday morning in Superior Township.

Deputies said Stanley William Harrison is accused of killing the woman, who has not yet been identified, at a home on MacArthur Boulevard.

The victim was found about 2:30 a.m. and rushed to the hospital, but was pronounced dead.

Deputies said the 35-year-old Harrison had recently been released from prison and is considered armed and dangerous.
