The Oakland County Prosecutor's Office authorized a three-count felony warrant Wednesday. Kind was arraigned at the 43rd District Court in Madison Heights on charges of first-degree murder, second-degree arson, and unlawfully driving away of an automobile.

Gonzales was found strangled following a fire at his Madison Heights home Nov. 1.

Deputy Chief Corey Haines said Gonzales' car was stolen, but was later recovered -- and police think the fire was used to destroy evidence.

King will be transferred to the Oakland County Jail where he will be held without bond. A pre-exam conference is scheduled for Dec. 9.
