Glow in the dark ice cream

Charlie Francis/Lick Me I'm Delicious

A new invention will have you seeing ice cream in a whole new way. Literally.

From his lab in England, "experimental ice creamist" Charlie Francis has crafted a glow-in-the-dark ice cream that lights up when you lick it, according to Yahoo! News.

The secret ingredient? Synthesized jellyfish protein.

Right now, it comes in lemon and vanilla, but Francis said it could be made into any number of tasty flavors.

"You could even have it jellyfish flavor if you wanted to," he said.

Well....we might not go that far. But it's still pretty cool.
