Gas main break shuts off service to St. Clair Shores homes

Consumers Energy: 90 customers without service after 2-inch gas main break

ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. – A 2-inch gas main break has left 90 Consumers Energy customers without gas in St. Clair Shores.

Gas was shut off about 2:43 p.m. Thursday. Most of the affected homes are in the 22000 block of Arcadia Street.

Customers should get gas service back by about 1 a.m. Friday, said a Consumers Energy spokesman.
