ECORSE, Mich. -

Police said a witness in a mobile home park off Southfield Road reported seeing Billy Joel Woolford acting distraught and firing shots. Police said the windows in Woolford’s home were broken and one witness reporting seeing blood.

Police said when two officers responded to the scene, Woolford swore at them and shot at an armored vehicle.
