Detroit water shutoffs timeline

The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department's decision to crack down on past due water bills has proven controversial, dividing pundits and city leaders such as Mayor Mike Duggan, Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr, and U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes.
