DETROIT – Detroit police are questioning the driver of a vehicle that hit and killed a pedestrian early Monday morning.
Police said the male victim, who is not yet being identified, was hit near 7 Mile and Telegraph roads.
He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Police said the driver initially left the scene, but came back.
It wasn't immediately clear whether the driver would be taken into custody to face charges.
