Detroit mayor, emergency manager, set to present at Detroit Financial Advisory Board meeting

Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan and Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr are scheduled to present an update Tuesday to the city's Financial Advisory Board meeting.

The meeting is set for 2 p.m. Watch it live here on ClickOnDetroit.

The 9-member board was put together in 2012 to make sure the city completed a list of cost-saving measures outlines in a consent agreement between the city and the state.

Orr is slated to talk about where the city’s financial restructuring and Chapter 9 bankruptcy case stands. Duggan will be given time to talk about city operations.

-John Hill, Detroit's chief financial officer

-Jonathan Jackson, Detroit's interim fire commissioner

-Beth Niblock, Detroit's chief information officer
