DETROIT – Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan is trying to do what none of his recent predecessors could: effectively plow the city's side streets.
Duggan made a bold announcement Friday.
"We want to make it easy for citizens to let us know how our contractors did and if they missed a spot, (they) will get right back out there," he said.

They also can go to DetroitMI.gov and fill out a form.
