DETROIT -

It’s a critical week for Detroit’s bankruptcy trial.

On Monday, there will be a hearing in front of Judge Steven Rhodes. Rhodes will be deciding if the new disclosure statement filed on Friday can be sent to creditors for a vote of the city’s plan of adjustment.

If the statement is not approved, the city will have until Friday to make the necessary changes.

This decision could all rely on a pension and package pending approval in the state capital.
