Westbound I-94 back open after car hauler fire

DEARBORN, Mich. -

The westbound lanes of I-94 are back open after being shut down early Monday when a car hauler caught fire.

The hauler, which was carrying SUVs, caught fire near Oakwood Boulevard.

Michigan State Police said there were no injuries, but traffic was backed up until about 1:15 p.m. while crews cleaned up the scene.
