ROYAL OAK, Mich. – Downtown Royal Oak is getting ready to welcome a new apartment complex.
This spring crews are expected to break ground at the vacant land on South Main Street south of East Lincoln Avenue. Plans for the five-story building includes 48 apartment units, along with retail space.
