FLINT, Mich. -

A 20-year-old man has been charged in the death of a 57-year-old homeless man.

Peris Dorsette of Flint was arraigned Sunday and is being held without bond in the Genesee County Jail on first-degree murder and torture charges. Gary Nagy's body was found last week outside a shuttered middle school.

Online court records and the Genesee County prosecutor's office say it's unclear if Dorsette had a lawyer yet.

Police say they are seeking more suspects.

Nagy was a founder and resident of Tent City, a former homeless encampment in a wooded area on the site of a former General Motors parking lot in Burton, near Flint.
