Words matter: Things to never say at work

Words matter when it comes to being successful at work.  That’s the message from a new list from Forbes Magazine.

Darlene Price, author of Well Said! Presentations and Conversations That Get Results, says words are a key component of persuasive communication regardless of the topic.

Price says leaders use language to influence someone’s mind in order to achieve results.
