Woman shot after pulling over in Detroit with car trouble

Police say a 36-year-old woman was shot and is listed in serious condition after car problems caused her to stop her car in Detroit. 

The woman stopped her car at Harper Avenue and Chalmers Street around 8 p.m Wednesday. 

Police say an armed man wearing a ski mask and dressed all in black approached the woman and demanded money. 

Shots were fired and the woman was struck.  

She was listed in temp-serious condition at a local hospital.
