Woman says she was sexually assaulted during KISS, Motley Crue concert at DTE Energy Music Theater

INDEPENDENCE TOWNSHIP, Mich. -

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating claims from a woman that she was sexually assaulted at the KISS and Motley Crue concert Thursday night at DTE Energy Music Theater in Independence Township.

In an incident report, the Sheriff’s Office said the 25-year-old woman told deputies she was forces into the woods and assaulted by a white man in his 20s who had brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing cargo shorts and a V-neck shirt.

The woman went back to her Orion Township home before making her report.
