Sharon Bradley had a blood alcohol level of .20 percent, police say, while she was driving with her 10-year-old child in Milford. She was charged with drunken driving and child endangerment.

MILFORD, Mich. – A 38-year-old woman faces drunken driving and child endangerment charges after she was pulled over for a broken tail light Sept. 7 in Milford.

Sharon Bradley had a blood alcohol level of .20 percent, police say, while she was driving with her 10-year-old child. She was stopped that night on Main Street near Oakland Street. Police say Bradley told officers she was on her way to pick up her other child.

When officers smelled alcohol she told them she had one beer. She failed sobriety tests before being administered a breath test. The legal blood alcohol level in Michigan is .08 percent.

Milford police drove the 10-year-old and Bradley's other child home.

The case is being reviewed by investigators.
