WATERFORD, Mich. -

Waterford police said they used a Taser to subdue a naked teen last week who told them he was on acid and smashed into a patrol car's windshield.

Police said 17-year-old Nicholas Manoual Haviaras, of Pennsylvania, was found laying in the middle of Eason Street on July 20. When officers approached, Haviaras started pounding the patrol car, shattering the windshield, police said.

He has been charged with one count of felony resisting arrest and obstructing police and one felony count of malicious destruction of police property.
