TROY, Mich. – Police say a man was driving on Rochester Road just after 11 p.m. Monday night without headlights on.
Antarone Powell of Troy was pulled over by police, who say the 50-year-old driver smelled of alcohol and spoke with a slurred speech.

Powell was driving with three adults and three children, ages 2, 5 and 6 in his vehicle.
Police say Powell became agitated and uncooperative during the traffic stop.
He was arrested for operating while intoxicated and child endangerment after a breath test results of .14 percent.
Bond was set at $5,000
