Monday night will be mostly cloudy and cold with lows in the middle 20s.
Tuesday and Wednesday will become brighter but remain cold. Highs will be in the middle and upper 30s.
Thursday and Friday will be sunny and not as cold. Lows will be near or below freezing at night and in the early morning. Afternoon highs will be in the low 40s.
