No one was injured. Everyone at the plant was evacuated. The cold air pipe is connected to the blast furnace stoves.

The Rouge Complex lost power Thursday night due to an accident at its power provider, DTE Energy. The power outage caused a steel pill and a small fire which was quickly put out, according to Severstal.

Crews at the plant have been working to restore the cold air pipe.
