Senator John McCain to stop in Utica for a veterans meet and greet

UTICA, Mich. -

On Monday, Senator John McCain and Congresswoman Candice Miller will hold a veterans roundtable meet and greet at American Legion Post 351 in Utica.

The former presidential candidate is campaigning on behalf of Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney.

McCain and Miller (Republican from Harrison Township) are set to hold a roundtable discussion with 10-15 invited veterans. The event is intended to give veterans a chance to discuss their concerns with members of Romney's policy team.

The event starts at 10 a.m.
