Police seek Oakland Township home invaders

Two men who broke into a home in Oakland Township were captured on video by a camera installed by the home owner just days earlier.

The break-in and robbery occurred on July 20 but the video has only now come to light.

Audio from the recording indicated the two men referred to each other by name. One was named Russ, the other Paul.

The pair spent just under 15 minutes in the home on Snell Road while the homeowner was away.  The robbers took more than $20,000 in jewelry.

Anyone who might recognize the robbers is asked to contact the Oakland County Sheriff's department.
