DETROIT – Michigan State Police say alcohol was a factor in a crash Wednesday morning on the northbound I-75 ramp to Gratiot Avenue in Detroit.
Police said a Buick sedan was on the ramp when its driver suddenly accelerated and changed lanes, hitting a pickup truck. The Buick rolled and landed on a car hauler that was stopped at a nearby light.
