SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -

Southfield police said a 33-year-old woman was shot to death early Sunday morning at Myst Lounge nightclub.   Nicole Rigg's husband, Leon, says she may have been caught in the crossfire.

Police responded to the shooting around 2:15 a.m.

Sources said the victim was found shot in the head and taken to Beaumont Hospital, but pronounced dead.

Several patrons of the club were kicked out after a fight started inside. Police say some heard mentions of the patrons leaving to retrieve guns and return to the club.

A short while later gun shots were fired from the parking lot into the lounge.
