CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -

The so-called "bicycle bandit" might have had his last ride.

Clinton Township police said Trevor Shanks was arrested by Fraser police in the middle of a home break-in on June 1.

Police said they are investigating Shanks as being the bandit, which has been seen riding a bike and committing break-ins in several downriver and Macomb County communities.

Police earlier this year released a surveillance picture of the bandit just minutes before a break-in at a home in Brownstown Township.
