Owner of Bray's Hamburgers deported

Tomo Duhanaj charged with providing false information to the FBI

FERNDALE, Mich. – The owner of Bray's Hamburgers has been arrested and will soon be deported to Albania on a charge he provided false information to FBI agents.

Tomo Duhanaj owns both Bray's Hamburgers and Capitol Coney in Ferndale. He appeared in Federal court Sunday.

Agents raided Bray's Hamburgers on Ford Road just after 11 a.m. Thursday.

Employees of Bray's were forced to stand outside while the FBI searched inside.
