FERNDALE, Mich. -

The owner of Bray's Hamburgers has been arrested and will soon be deported to Albania on a charge he provided false information to FBI agents.

Tomo Duhanaj owns both Bray's Hamburgers and Capitol Coney in Ferndale. He appeared in Federal court Sunday.

Agents raided Bray's Hamburgers on Ford Road just after 11 a.m. Thursday.

Employees of Bray's were forced to stand outside while the FBI searched inside.

No other information is being made available at this time.
