More sun Friday with a dash of humidity

Friday morning has delightful weather and will be the most comfortable time of day.  Southwesterly winds bring humidity for a weekend stay in Southeast Michigan.  Daytime highs will be near 90 degrees with heat indicies near 95.  Friday night will be warm and muggy with lows near 70.

The muggies will make the air unstable Saturday and Sunday.  Therefore, both days will have highs in the upper 80s with scattered showers and thunderstorms.  The APBA Gold Cup, U.S. Senior Open and other outdoor activities will not be totally washed out, but spectators and participants need to prepare for some wetness, lightning and gusty winds.

The chance of showers leaves early next week, and it remains hot.  Highs will be near 90 Monday and Tuesday.
