-- Battle Creek, 7.5 percent, compared with 8.6 percent.

-- Bay City, 8.3 percent, compared with 9.3 percent.

-- Detroit-Warren-Livonia, 10.9 percent, compared with 11.9 percent.

-- Flint, 9.5 percent, compared with 10.8 percent.
