HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -

The Macomb County Sheriff's Office has released pictures of a man they said robbed a Harrison Township liquor store at gunpoint Saturday evening.

Sheriff Anthony Wickersham said the robber went into the Harrison Liquor Store on Jefferson Avenue, pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun and threatened to shoot the clerk over money.

Wickersham said the clerk told the robber there wasn't any money and the robber grabbed lottery tickets and ran out. The robber was seen getting into a gold vehicle, possibly a Pontiac Sunfire.

The robber is described by investigators as white with brown hair. He was wearing a black knit cap and he had a red bandana over the lower part of his face.  He was also wearing a dark gray (or black) long-sleeved shirt and dark pants, possibly sweatpants.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau at 586-307-9358.
