DETROIT -

Detroiters will wake up to a hazy warm Monday morning with temps near 70 degrees.  Another Air Quality Alert Day is on tap with afternoon highs in the sizzling 90s.  Heat indices will be 95 degrees or greater.  The wind will be light and variable.

Tuesday will be even hotter with highs in the upper 90s and it will feel like 100 or more.  Tuesday night and Wednesday will have a cold front approach with showers and thunderstorms.  Daytime highs return to the middle 80s on Hump Day.

Thursday will spell relief as well with highs in the low 80s.  It becomes hotter again by the weekend.
