Lions' QB Matt Stafford teams up with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan to improve men, boys health

Health tips, challeneges given all week as a part of National Men's Health Week

5. Matt Stafford is one of the great young talents in the league when healthy. Stafford threw for 5,038 yards last season, 5th best all-time.

DETROIT – Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford are teaming up this week to help Michigan men and boys improve their health, and fight against cancer and heart disease which cause 50 percent of deaths in men.

During "Men's Health Week" (June 11-17), Stafford will share health tips and a video challenge on Twitter and Facebook.
